PAYMENT: We accept payment from both online and phone orders including debit, credit, and PayPal . We process all of our transactions using a secure transaction protection which means you are always protected when making a purchase on Batbob.com.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped US Mail and larger orders are shipped UPS Ground. Rush delivery and shipping upgrades are available by calling 303-665-4122. We do not sacrifice speed for the high quality we deliver. If delivery is required by a specific date, please contact us directly when placing your order. There is no cost for submitting your order over the phone and chances are we may be able to better assist you to customize the best product that is right for you and your players.

PRIVACY POLICY: When you buy from Batbob.com, either via our retail outlets or the Internet, we protect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or exchange customer information. We share identifiable information only with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account and the fulfillment of your order. We’ve established procedures to protect your privacy, which we vigorously uphold. Of course, this policy does not apply to information we are required to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
Information regarding you (such as name, address, phone number, and email address) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.

CONTRACT TO PURCHASE: When you click the “Click here to complete your order” button, we’ll present you with a transaction ID and a confirmation email. You must enter an email address to submit an order, otherwise your order confirmation and tracking information can’t be sent to you. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
